     DHL Express company:Expedited Shipping is 2-4 working days, there is delay during the busy season.  

     Volumetric Charging :When shipping lightweight, bulky packages, use the formula (the product of length and width and height (cm) divided by 5000) to help. You determine their volumetric weight. Airline charges are based on a minimum shipment density. The greater of the volumetric weight or actual weight of your packages will be used to calculate your shipping costs.

     EMS express company: Packages will arrive to destination within 5 - 7 days. Services will be slower during busy season, reaching up to 10-22 Days.

Three days after item has mailed out, the status of the parcel will appear and will be constantly updated on the EMS website. If you have not received the packages after 12 days, please track the information on your own country's postal website or contact your local post office.

Note: It is unsafe to ship items to Spain by EMS,  if the weight of parcel is over 7 kilograms. As the custom is very strict about  parcel weight, we suggest you should ship them by dividing into several parcels and during this time, our delivery speed may slow down.Hope you can understand that.

China Post: Air parcel, SAL parcel, Airmail for Small package

International package includes Air parcel and SAL parcel, and their prices is lower compared to EMS. With Air parcel, item will reach destination within 10 - 20 days. However, it may takes up to 30 days during busy season. If the package did not arrive after a month, please visit your country's tracking website for more information. Chinese tracking site is updated according to the feedback from your country, so tracking from your country's site will be more prompt and accurate.

International air parcel (for goods less than 2kg): items will reach destination in 20 - 30 days. Tracking works the same way as that of international packages.
